AO Deflectors - 1D and 2 D - Shear Wave And Longitudinal

 

The NEOS Technologies AO deflectors have bandwidths of up to 100 MHz and processing times of 10 to 50 microseconds. These deflectors are used in applications for high speed 1 D and 2 D scanning, and optical signal processing. The deflectors, which are designated -6.5DEG are manufactured with the axis of acoustic propagation 6.5 degrees off of the axis crystal axis so that the diffraction efficiency is flatter than conventional deflector devices.
